📦 How long does delivery take?
All orders are carefully processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays, to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.
- Kosovo & EU: 1–5 business days
- USA: 4–8 business days
- Rest of the world: 4–12 business days

🧵 What materials are the products made of?
- Our products are made of 100% high-quality cotton for comfort and durability.
- The material is suitable for washing at a maximum temperature of 40°C.
🧼 How should I wash the products?
- Wash at a maximum of 40°C.
- Turn the garments inside out before washing to preserve the print.
- Do not use bleach.
- Do not tumble dry on high heat; let them air dry naturally.
- Iron only at low temperature and do not iron directly on the print.
📐How do the sizes fit?
- The products are designed in an oversize style, meaning they are wider for maximum comfort.
Sizes are standard (true to size) but with an oversize cut.
If you prefer a tighter fit, we recommend choosing one size smaller.
🚫 Can I return or exchange products?
- For hygiene reasons, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges after delivery.
Please make sure to select the correct size before ordering.
